The Alcazar of Seville is a palace complex, spanning different styles and cultures, with Mudejar, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque influences.
The outcome is the Royal Alcazar, an eclectic monument, harmonious and beautiful, as seen in its different spaces. According to UNESCO, is the oldest royal palace in use and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1987, along with the Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies.
It has been the set for film productions such as “The Kingdom of Heaven” by Ridley Scott or the 5th Season of the HBO series “Game of Thrones”. The Alcazar was the location chosen by this TV show to represent the southern kingdom of Dorne, created by George R. R. Martin
